The Gap in System G

System G was designed as an accessible alternative to the heavy ontological lifting of System A, capping at Tier 2-S6 (Complete Modal Architecture). It effectively handles multiverses, timelines, and possible-world structures. However, a structural gap exists between the highest quantitative multiversal scaling (2-S6) and the qualitative ontological transcendence required for System A's Tier 1-A.

This gap is populated by entities that do not simply control dimensions or create infinite universes, but manipulate the logical and ontological rules that govern reality. They operate beyond physics, but they are not necessarily the absolute, non-dual ground of being (Tier 0) or the complete framework itself (High 1-A).

To address this, we propose Tier 2-H (Pataphysical Transcendence). This is not an attempt to rival System A or claim Tier 1 status. It is the highest possible classification within System G, specifically designed for entities that manipulate the metaphysical substructure of reality.

Defining Tier 2-H: Pataphysics

The term "Pataphysics" was coined by Alfred Jarry, defined as "the science of imaginary solutions, which symbolically accords to lineaments the properties of the objects described by their virtuality" It is the science of the laws governing exceptions.

In the context of fictional scaling, Pataphysics represents the transition from quantitative stacking (adding more dimensions, universes, or infinite sets) to qualitative category manipulation. An entity at Tier 2-H does not merely possess infinite power; they alter the philosophical frameworks that define what power is.

The Requirements for 2-H: Predicables over Accidents

To qualify for Tier 2-H, a character must demonstrate the manipulation of Infinity by Accidents, Substance, Higher Porphyrian Predicables, Qualities, and Modality.

This requires evidence from the source material that the character operates on the level of Aristotelian Categories and Porphyrian Predicables. They do not just change the accidents of a thing (its physical properties, location, or energy); they change the substance and predicables (Genus, Species, Differentia, Proprium).

Furthermore, the character must demonstrate abilities akin to Al-Ghazali's Occasionalism (the idea that causality is an illusion and reality is arbitrarily re-created at every moment) and Abu Bakr al-Razi's Atomism. Al-Razi advocated for a substance-plus-accident ontology in opposition to Aristotelian hylomorphism, positing that matter is composed of indivisible parts and that absolute space and time are independent eternal principles

Formal Proof: The Synthesis of Razi and Aristotelian Semantics

To formalize Tier 2-H, we must synthesize Abu Bakr al-Razi's atomistic substance-accident ontology with Aristotelian-Democritean subject-predicate semantics.

Let \(\mathcal{S}\) be the set of all primary substances (indivisible atoms).
Let \(\mathcal{A}\) be the set of all accidents (qualities, quantities, relations).
Let \(\mathcal{P}\) be the set of Porphyrian predicables (Genus, Species, Differentia).

In a standard Tier 2 multiversal framework, a character manipulates the accidents of the system. They can change the quantity of universes or the quality of matter.
\[
\text{Tier 2 Operation}: \mathcal{A}x \rightarrow \mathcal{A}'x
\]

If a character operates on Al-Ghazali's Occasionalism, they do not rely on causal chains. They re-create the entire substance-accident bundle at every discrete moment of time \(t\).
\[
\text{Occasionalist Operation}: \forall t, \quad \mathcal{S}x \times \mathcal{A}x \rightarrow \mathcal{S}'x \times \mathcal{A}'x
\]

However, Tier 2-H requires a higher order of manipulation. Following Abu Bakr al-Razi's absolute space (the void independent of the world), the Pataphysical entity exists outside the substance-accident binary. They manipulate the predicables themselves—the very definitions that determine what a substance is.
\[
\text{Tier 2-H Operation}: \mathcal{P} \rightarrow \mathcal{P}'
\]

This maps to cataphatic transcendentals and subject-predicate semantics. In classical logic, a proposition \(P(s)\) attributes a predicate to a subject \(s\). A standard reality warper changes the truth value of \(P(s)\). A Pataphysical entity changes the syntax and semantics of \(P\) itself.

For example, in The Misfit of Demon King Academy, Anos Voldigoad's sword, Venuzdonoa, is described as the embodiment of destruction that can erase and destroy all concepts . It does not merely destroy a target; it destroys the logic and reason that allows the target to exist. It operates on the level of Porphyrian Differentia, negating the very definition of the target's existence.

We can model this as a compositional limit where the manipulation of predicates supersedes the manipulation of substance:
\[
\lim_{\mathcal{P} \to \infty} \mathcal{S} = \text{Pataphysics}
\]

As you stack more and more qualitative categories (Predicables), you eventually reach a point where the "Substance" is no longer a physical thing—it is the framework of categorization itself. This is the threshold of Tier 2-H.

The Downscaled Tier Table (11-F to 2-H)

Conclusion

Tier 2-H does not invalidate System A. It provides a necessary intermediate step for characters who operate on the level of logical frameworks and categorical definitions without being the absolute, non-dual source of all reality. By anchoring the tier in historical metaphysics—specifically the synthesis of Razi's atomism and Aristotelian semantics—we ensure that the classification is rigorous, evidence-based, and fundamentally distinct from the quantitative wank of standard dimensional scaling.
